    Default Buyer Tips

So you're thinking about buying a home, you'll want to carefully choose the real estate professional you work with during the process.
    • Check your credit rating
    • Pre-qualification and pre-approval on a mortgage
    • Become an educated buyer
    • Home Inspection
    • Appraisal
    • Homeowner's Insurance
    • Settlement or Closing
    • Finally make sure before you buy
Create your own personalized "wish list" and when you're finished filling it out; share it with your real estate agent.

you should check for the following things

    1. location, It should not be too far from hospitals, market, etc.
    2. neighborhood, You won't believe many friends of mine, had to change their home just because of bad neighborhood.
    3. History of the house.
    4. Insurance
    5. Inquire every little bit, because you are investing your money, so you have full right to know every thing related to your house.

Remember - It's important to pick a trustworthy and professional real estate broker to work with but first impressions aren't always the most accurate. The more educated you are as a buyer, the more protected you will be against people who turn out to be less trustworthy than they appear. Get a second opinion if you need to.

If you enjoy working with people, have an interest in houses and have knowledge of your local area, starting your own real estate business may pay off.
