Seller Financing
With private money being about 1/50 transactions to date. Its also possible to find lots of "Seller Financed" properties for those who don't qualify for traditional loans!!

you should check for the following things
1. location, It should not be too far from hospitals, market, etc.
2. neighborhood, You won't believe many friends of mine, had to change their home just because of bad neighborhood.
3. History of the house.
4. Insurance
5. Inquire every little bit, because you are investing your money, so you have full right to know every thing related to your house.

Remember - It's important to pick a trustworthy and professional real estate broker to work with but first impressions aren't always the most accurate. The more educated you are as a buyer, the more protected you will be against people who turn out to be less trustworthy than they appear. Get a second opinion if you need to.
