Now all the area is not good for investing as the market is not at all stable right now. I think it's better to wait now for some time.

Arizona is a big market - some parts, probably yes, and others no. Furthermore, the same investment will be bad or good depending on price so judge each transaction on its own merits. As for the market as a whole? It depends on the amount of housing stock. I think Arizona has seen a giant crash so it might take many years just to clear out the current inventory, especially considering so many foreclosures and more construction into the future. Think about this and then think about jobs pictures. If you can buy houses for pennies on the dollar and then wait 10 years, then you might make some serious money. If you're looking for short term gains then I would stay away and look at a market with higher job potential.

Well if SDW followed his advice, he would have made a pretty penny today. Countrywide denied the bankruptcy filings, Bernarke spoke and then Bank of America is rumored to be purchasing. The stock went up something like 50% today.

Thinking world wide, there are areas that are to be invested in now
and North Cyprus is one of them. As the northern part of the island of Cyprus, the area has been "behind God's back" since 1974. The political sands are shifting and great solutions are on their way for North Cyprus. Right now the property prices are 170% behind the general price range in the Mediterranean. To make great profit in the future, the time to invest in the Northern Cyprus is now. The solution for the island will include direct trade and direct flights between the north and the south, and the rest of the world. This will bring the property prices to match the rest of the Mediterranean with the next 5 years. Current investors are the ones who will gain great rewards.

Arizona
I would think that eventually the prices in Arizona would have to go back up. Many people retire there and eventually the demand for the area should return.

which area is good for Investment?
Hello,
I cannot comment on any other country or region, not I can give you any "unbiased" advice as I own and run my own real estate agency in South- West France.
What i can say is that now we are getting good demands for property in this area. South of France is quite famous amongst its visitors for its beautiful locations. This place has time and again featured in best place to live. Therefore, considering South of France can be a good option.
