    Default Will Sewri be Mumbai

    With increase in demand across Mumbai for Real Estate and development and infrastructural advancement, Sewri is at an advantage with central location & future connectivity. Does this make Sewri one of the hotspots for Real estate?

    Thumbs up Most Definately Yes

    Due to the rapid growth in Mumbai you can see a lot of realtors investing in billions to build commercial and residential buildings. You should have heard about the tallest resedential tower in the world to be in Mumbai. And to note that most realtors are eyeing the suburbs because it has a lot of potential for good investment. Just wait and see.. within a Year you can see the development in Sweri..

    I second Sandeep Nair. In a year or so the demand for real estate in Sewri will be very high because of the real estate growth in Sewri is contributed by the transformation of old residential stock like SEWRI Koliwada, BDD Chawls, Dnyaneshwar Nagar, Shivaji Nagar, Labour Camp and Bhatwadi.

    The proposed trans-harbour link from Sewri to Nhava Sheva project will have a significant constructive drive on this location as the new path for trade movement to Navi Mumbai / Port / SEZs.

    In the recent years a lot of construction activity has been taking place in this area with the opening up of mill lands and the Mumbai Port Trust area.

    Sewri is the potential real estate location for all the developers and buyers now.
