If you enjoy working with people, have an interest in houses and have knowledge of your local area, starting your own real estate business may pay off.
Here’s our guide to creating your own real estate business:
    • Become a licensed real estate broker.
    • Decide what kind of real estate business you want.
    • Source a suitable location.
    • Create a business plan.
    • Fund your real estate business.
    • Start your marketing efforts.
    • Start representing buyers and sellers in your market.

    Thanks for...

When you say "real estate business" I'm assuming you mean a brokerage. Other "real estate businesses" include property management, construction, inspection, consulting, investing and myriad of other options.

If you're asking about how to start a brokerage, then I wouldn't start one. It's very hard and it's an incredibly competitive environment. Go work in an established brokerage for at least a year, pass all of your tests and build up contacts. After that you can think about striking out on your own.

If you are planning to start your real estate business first, you must create a business plan. Prepare your fund for the business, and don't forget to start represented buyers and sellers in your marketing.

    Default Guidelines

1.) Look for an office space that probably is in the most developed city in your country.
2.) Hire really good negotiators, company lawyers, accountant and a human resource staff.
3.) Make sure you have connections. This will help you a lot in looking for significant clients.
4.) Look for leads that are of the best quality.
5.) Offer the best property there is for a client.
