Question In a recent survey of housing economists...What do you think?

In a recent survey of housing economists (see macro markets), about 50% expect housing prices to rise; the other 50% expects future declines
A better way to find investment real estate. Properties analyzed and ranked by equity, cashflow, cap rates, rents, discounts, projected profits.

what survey are you referring to ? I have never seen an even split in economist opinion about the current market.

I agree that WE have been conditioned to believe that home ownership is for everyone.

Yeah, I'll believe this study when I see it. Economists would never say "50/50". They would say "73 / 27". That and there's no third option which is to stay the same. Economists would also give a degree of probability of each outcome occurring.

You are right. I've never heard from a economist the ratio of 50/50. If there is someone who will say that, I think he is now that knowledgeable with it.
