I am a Realtor who is currently working with a larger developer of the South Shore Chicagoland area. The company I represent specializes in condo conversion rehabs ranging anywhere from 6 flats up to 100+ Unit high rises. They are currently seeking to expand their company and take on more projects to accomodate the demand of the rapidly improving south shore area.
