foreclosure auction question
Would someone please help a rookie decipher the information on this web site regarding foreclosure auctions.

It shows the auctions from today and I see that there are sales. Would that price be what it actually sold for at auction?. They are much lower than the assessed value.
Would someone please take the time to explain exactly what "plaintiff max bid" -"hidden" signifies?....
I know there are many pitfalls associated with these and this is just part of our due diligence.
We have been waiting for 10 years to purchase a beachfront condo, watched it go out of reach and now have several hundred thousand in cash for a direct purchase. Looking seriously for the last 14 months.
