Smile Investment Property Financing/Lines of Credit

    Hello all,

My partner and I own several rental properties in lower income areas that generate solid cash ROI. Of course, with the tightened credit markets and government regulations, finding financing for more rental properties is not nearly as easy these days even with a proven track record of positive cash flow. If anyone has any suggestions for where to look to find real estate backed financing or lines of credit, I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

There are quite a few guides as to how to find other sources of money, look around and use Google. Often there are ebooks on just this subject you can buy.
There are Real Estate Investors similar to venture capitalists out there for example.

Invest in Miami Beach real estate. The ocean is beautiful and has great weather. Although the real estate market has plenty of opportunities for making big gains, buying and owning real estate is a lot more complicated than investing in stocks and bonds. In this article, we'll go beyond buying a home and introduce you to real estate as an investment.

You can look out for many private investors or alternative lenders who issue financing without any security or collateral. Many alternative financing options include collateral to strengthen the deal and increase the loan amount.
