I run a network for Real Estate investors nationwide. Everyone has homes to liquidate. Most of them will do a transfer of deed. All of them have 25k or more in equity. Luxury homes with 100k in equity. Anyone needs help please feel free to ask.

For the seller, the home is not sold or when the traditional lenders to tighten the guidelines, owner financing suddenly become very popular. Owner financing is certainly a viable option, in a buyer's market.
