The ICBC now working with Wells Fargo to finance commercial real estate.
I read an article in the Wall Street Journal today about China's first deal with Wells Fargo, contributing 150 million dollars to a 355 million dollar loan. This was China's first commercial property loan in the US!
This injection of foreign capital into the US housing market shows some serious implications for this to continue in the future. What do you think this means for the future of the lending market, or for the future of restrictions or availability of capital for investors?
