I am a new real estate investor. I am looking for a good real estate investment coach in Sydney. I have basic real estate investment knowledge. I am looking for a good real estate investor coach who have years of success investment experience in residential and commericial. I have private funds for good deals and would like to be partnership or learn from the investors.

Look for Real Estate Investment Associations/clubs (REIA's) in your area. At a club you can meet some experienced people in the business and develope a business relationship with someone. There are also mentorship/coach programs available for purchase, this route can be rather expensive. Any coach will want you to have a level of education or at least bring something to the table. You will get the best out of a coach if you are well read in investing and just need someone to hold your hand through your first few deals while you get your feet wet.
If you want to purchase a program I can direct you to one of my affiliates. I do receive compensation for my referals.Cash flowing rental portfolios available for sale in 105k, 198k, 503k packages.

Real estate is often considered synonymous with real property sometimes called realty, in contrast with personal property sometimes called chattel or personalty under chattel law or personal property law.

I would think it would be fairly difficult to find someone like this.
I don't know about Sydney but in England Estate Agents usually start off by joining a bigger company and learning from them before going off alone.
It can be very difficult to find someone willing to teach you for free but I would suggest appraching a few selected people whom you know are good realtors and asking to work for them for a bit or even get some work experience. You may not be paid for this helping out but at least you will be paid in knowledge which in the long term will help you.

You can go to the local real estate agencies, where experienced agents will give you the guidance like how to do a proper financial analysis of the property, property management, how to protect your assets, etc.
Which will more beneficial for you.

In finding the real one, you need to understand the qualifications of it. You need to know his/her capacity in decision-making. Every good real estate investment coach ha the ability to do the things we wanna say or order. But, i may say that it's hard to find these kind person(s).
