HI,

Its the question which frequently comes in the mind of every investor as the investments means a lot for them . A proper investment at a proper place can be very good source of great profit to them.

According to me the city or state with increasing property rates is the best place for investment.

I agree that's a broad question. I think it you should need to be specific in what city or state.

Location isn't everything. It does help to buy a house in a great location, but it doesn't mean you will find the best "deal" there. The best thing you can do is narrow down what niche of real estate investing you want to start off in, plan your exit strategy, and find a property where the numbers make sense.
