Real property refers to land and the improvements made by human efforts—buildings, machinery, the acquisition of various property rights, and the like. Real property is also termed realty and immovable property.
Real estate is a legal term that encompasses land along with improvements to the land, such as buildings, fences, wells and other site improvements that are fixed in location -- immovable.

Real estate property is piece of land, including the air above it and the ground below it, and any buildings or structures on it. Realestate can include business and/or residential properties, and are generally sold either by a realtor or directly by the individual who owns the property (for sale by owner).
