Condohotels are great, if it is well-maintained. This can bring good income if rented on different basis, either monthly, weelky or daily. Just need renters to rent your condotel, offer them promos and market your property so that everyone will know about it.

Purchasing a condo unit inside a hotel is generally a good investment as long as you are partnering with the right hotel company. Different hotel chains are going to have different rules as it relates to how they market and rent the unit. Some hotels are not going to rent condo units until they have exhausted their supply of hotel units. Review the marketing and rental strategy carefully prior to making the purchase. Additionally beware of high management fees. High management fees will cut into any returns you receive from the rental. In addition to management fees be sure you ask if they have any upcoming renovations planned and how owners are responsible for paying for the renovations. The last thing to consider is the popularity of the hotel and any new developments in the area in the future. Future developments can impact the popularity of hotel and force rental rates lower.

Condohotels are one of the greatest investment you could have, there are few yet solid reason to stick with it. They possess such good features starting from strategic location usually nearby famous landmarks, contemporary facilities, resort-like amenities area, in short you could not ask for more! Just make sure that the property you invest with is stand among the rest!
