How to calculate income taxes in Usa real estate for a foreign investor?
Let me explain better.Let's take my example.I'm an italian investor and i would like to invest in Florida specially in miami area.Let's say i'll buy and house for 100000$ and i'll sale for 150000$ after six month for make the example easyier we will not calculate the commission in that case i did 50000$ of gross profit.Of this 50000$ how many i have to pay to the us governament or italian governament?To be more clear what will be the taxes steps and at the end how much money clean of all taxes i'll recive after reselling this home on my account?
Second case i would like to know is if i'll buy the same home but i would like to keep and rent.If i rent the apartment for 20000$ a year but i have to deduct 5000 for year expenses and 5000 for property taxes i'll get 10000$ every year.With this amount how can you calculate the net profit without taxes that you can put in your poket and spent?
