You are right buying a house is one of the biggest decisions that a couple or a family make. While buying a house there are a lot of factors that you have to consider before buying it. Like the neighbors, the neighborhood, and if the environment is good for their child to grow in.

It is a big investment, but today, it is a lot easier to get a quality house with so much good listings online. Ive just notice that your thread seems incomplete in the last phrase/sentence.

Yes I agree that buying a home is not an easy task. Some common things should be kept in mind while buying a home:
1. First main thing is about your budget.
2. Second one is location.
3. The mortgage loan should be pre-approved.
4. Select the best home to buy
5. Negotiate best home price.
