    Default triple net lease questions.

    For those of you who invest in triple net lease acquisitions can you recommend a broker, specifically one that is compensated by the commission of the sale only? Thanks. Also who is the best lender for triple net lease acquisition financing? feel free to PM if you like. Thanks.

    I'm looking to purchase existing ground leases (absolute triple net lease) current 15 year or greater leases in place with investment grade or just below tenants.
