Do not be in a hurry. If it is your first time, taking things one at a time will be helpful. Be sure that you keep you yourself in a good pace and that you keep yourself from taking unnecessary risks.

I couldn't see the step, where is it? Anyway, starting you career, it's better to learn things slowly, meaning doing too much too soon can be confusing. Everything takes one-step. Learn both sides of the industry, the risk and success.
