Seattle Home Flipping 2010
SEATTLE: I have an amount of venture capitol I would like to invest in a Bank owned REO/Preforclosure./Forclosure home for a flip. Is this a good idea for making money in todays market? Have you done this before? Is anyone doing this in seattle and may want to connect and show an interested party their working business model for doing this.
Idea: start by buying 1 single family house ... a bit of cosmetic fixing and sell it back on the market. Seems easy enough.
If this is something you have experience with I could use a connection to get me moving in the right direction.

Flipping a property is a technique to gain profit on a house specially on foreclosure properties. Getting more advices and studying the trends on how to market your properties effectively to the buyers is really a basic tip for gaining a good income. You can have them to professionals, and ask them here at this forum. Surely, some will give valuable ideas.
