Real Estate Investment Information
If we had someone tell us how to invest in real estate without needing loans or ever involving any banks in any way, shape, form or fashion - and that we could do so every time we invested in real estate... now that would be some valuable real estate investment information, am I right?
Or what about if someone showed us how to invest in a really huge deal, but then invest only pennies, and never need to deal with anything along the lines of credit in any way? That is to say, if you had bad credit, good credit, incredibly horrendous credit or whatever, it wouldn't matter in the least, because credit wouldn't in any way even enter into the picture whatsoever - wouldn't that be a rather nifty nugget of real estate investment information? I would certainly say so. This is just the type of valuable real estate investment information we could use today.

Real Estate Investment Information
Hello,
I think I understand your post. Are you looking for the best ways to purchase properties for pennies on the dollar, without ever having to use banks or realtors? If so, I think I have the answer.
The best way to purchase properties for 5, 10, 20 cents on the dollar is to purchase them through Government Secured Tax Deed Sales.
I just completed a 10 page report on the subject that I think you will find highly informative. If you would like to read the report, just send me a private message with your email and I will forward you my "7 Steps to Investing in Tax Liens & Tax Deeds" that I completed last week.
I hope I understood your post correctly. Have a great day!

Uh, yeah right . . .
If you are in the position to not need a loan to leverage yourself into a real estate investment, chances are you would be doing pretty well and not in need of much investing advice. If you have bad credit and you only want to invest pennies on the dollar in real estate, it's called a REIT. Look it up.

Investing in real estate is really a good stuff to do; it is a right way to earn a lot that too in a short period. Getting loans and investing on real estate is good but it is not recommended in all the ways.
If you can't do this work; no one can do this.

What are you guys talking about?
There are only two ways to buy a property with no money out of pocket, wholesaling, and subject-to. Wholesaling is more popular than subject-to and more likely to happen... and it is really no money (no money out of your bank, no money out of your friends, partners, hard money lenders, no money period).
You first get equitable interest in the property, then you sell that interest. Do this wrong, and you'll have a new boyfriend named bubba for a few years and can kiss real estate good bye from your list of possible careers.
Tax deeds don't do jack for you if you are trying to get the property. For that, you want to go to a state with tax liens (and yes, you'll have to travel or have someone there on your behalf). Tax liens will get you properties for pennies on the dollar.
Real Estate agents are often times the worst people to get investing tips from as they are clueless on the topic. There are a few who can tell you which are selling most and can give you a good idea on prices in the area. These agents are few.If you would like to get your hands on the same training that has taken over 20,000 top real estate investors from 'cash poor' to making over $18,750 a month then watch this free real estate investor forum webinar

To individuals approaching retirement, a big part of their fortune depends on their homes. After years of being tied on to the corporate world, here comes the time to finally reap the rewards of all hard work and a chance to do everything that you have always wanted (not needed) to do. Given this, it is just about necessary that you come up with an efficient real estate investment strategy.
