How many roles do YOU have as a real estate investor

Just curios as to what others are doing?

For example I buy & sell

I rehab

I rent

I manage my own props

One of the things I do as part of my job in real estate investment in Costa Rica is:

1. Look for potential high turnover property
2. Sales peson
3. Makes-shift lawyer(Costa Rica lawyers are not the most reliable so I usually have to check on all of the legal work as well)
4. Property maintenance.

I do a lot. Some,I am a sales agent,maintainer of the the property, marketing agent and a deal closer. LOL! And sometimes I am also a home buyer and a seller,properties gives me good income when sell properly.
