Buyers are looking for information online and giving them the information they need in a non-threatening environment (their home) where they are free to search the data will keep them coming back time and again to the site they determine has the most value.

I believe GoogleMaps is a much better resource than MapQuest, especially since GoogleMaps provided 360 degree views, in most cases, of the address.
