Does anybody know of a good real estate lawyer in Tampa or the surrounding areas? I'm interested in persuing some investments, but I dont want any B.S. advice. I'm looking for somebody certified by the state bar.

Also, if anybody has any legitimate advice on financing rehab projects, hit me up. How much money is typically required down? What are good loan terms in this arena? How do I know if I'm being taken advantage of?
