Condo is a Money Making Property
Condo properties must surely be the investment of the future. Condo living is like having your own place but without the maintenance.
the time they are into their late seventies or eighties they may be looking for the easier life! A life with someone to help with the upkeep: a life in a condo!

I agree with you and here are few points that will justify my statement.
1. The easiest way to make money from the condo investment by assessing the property. When the market is down, buy property, to take advantage of strong markets. Sell a property when the market is slightly inflated to take the advantage of a sharp rise in prices.
2. Another way to make profitable investments, investing in discounted marked for apartments for low-income groups. This mode condo investment requires patience and perseverance in tracking property. Only those properties that are substantially lower prices, are your investments. But your little patience can pay you back ten times. However, when you invest in such properties, make sure that they are in a good area and buildings, with a solid construction.
3. The last and most common way to get money out of your condo investment, renting it. Here you must have patience --- in the first place you should take the property in the vicinity of the growth market for rental properties. Rents usually shoe upward curve in these areas and as the debt begins to fall, the rent for the property to become a source of easy and hassle-free money.</span>

When it comes to condominiums, many owners and realtors have a great deal of trouble in making their space look just right and keeping clutter to a minimum. In a living space where every square meter counts, it can be difficult to turn a condo into a stylish living space while at the same time ensuring that everyone appreciates the unique style and appeal of the decor. As a result, when it comes to selling the property, it can often be very hard to please potential buyers. Condo staging is one of the most effective ways to ensure that your property shows well and that your sales process goes smoothly and successfully.

I agree that this is a very good investment in future as now some will prefer to buy a condo than a house as it can be a bit cheaper and close to work.

LOL.... I love common sense. Buy low and sell high. Can't argue with that.
I do think condos will have their place in the near future. Younger generations just don't have the time to keep up with the maintenance of a home. I also think it depends on where you live that will make the biggest difference. There are very few condos in my area and single family will probably remain the bread and butter of investing for a long time.If you would like to get your hands on the same training that has taken over 20,000 top real estate investors from 'cash poor' to making over $18,750 a month then watch this free real estate investor forum webinar

Hi guys,
Sorry if I seem a little bit idiotic, but exactly defines a condo? I'm from the Uk and we don't have Condos as such...are they just an open plan living space?
Cheers,
Misch
