Default Will selling my house help me with retirement?

    Hello,

I'd like offer a response to your question. Sorry to hear about your wife passing, but at least the kids are out of the house!

I think living in a smaller apartment by the beach will be much more fun than a big empty house. Do you really need all that space?

If you have equity in the house, then absolutely selling it and investing the money to create wealth and financial security for the future is a no-brainer.

I don't really specialize in retirement accounts, but I can tell you you don't necessarily have to pay some service tens of thousands just to develop a retirement plan. Here is something important to consider ... Whatever you do, make sure it is a safe and secure investment. The last thing you want to do is invest in the stock market or somehting like that where you can just lose half or all of your money in one big swoop.

I recommend you read my newly completed report "7 Steps to Investing in Tax Liens & Tax Deeds." ... If you would like to receive my new report, just send me a Private message with your email address and I will forward you the 10 page report.

The Government Secured Tax Lien Certificate & Tax Deed arena is the safest and most lucrative in America today that I know of.

I wish you the absolute best with your retirement plans. I think you will enjoy my report. Then you can ask me any questions you have after reading it a few times. Good Luck.

You might want to look into getting a reverse mortgage. This will give you money to spend so you can go to the beach without risking everything on some investment scheme.

i think if you are planning to sell your house, it's really important to know first the value of your house. Seek assistance from a good realtor because he knows
all the selling strategies that work best for you. He can give you an advice on how you can set the right price for your house and can give you suggestions to improve the chances of selling your house fast.
