Immigration EB-5 immigrant visa category for land developers a hot topic in the world as they open up a new way to fund projects under a program known as laws. Seller financing was about 1 in 400 loans made during the housing boom, cir. 2000-2006, and in Florida they were about 1 in 1800. Since the crash however, it increased to 1 in 50 loans in 2008. And some experts are saying that 2010 alone is looking like 1 in 7 loans.
So seller financing is definitely a route many people are taking nowadays to finance properties.

Individual Retirement Accounts
IRAs and 401k's are a great place to find money. Did you know that there is more money in retirement accounts today in the U.S. than in all the banks combined?!!
I do local workshops in my city to help people learn investment strategies!! One of the most powerful tools we teach is how to "self-direct" retirement accounts. This lets individuals be in charge of their own investing. You can actually buy property in your retirement account and NEVER pay taxes on your earnings!!
I also market to find wannabe investors with hefty retirement accounts. They front the money for the deals and then we share profits!! People think that they cannot touch their retirement accounts until they're a certain age and so forth, but this is highly inaccurate information!!
Feel free to message me to learn more about leveraging your retirement accounts to begin investing in Real Estate
