Hey lisafis, I am a new investor in the berks, montgomery area. I am attempting to build myself a decent buyers list before running the numbers on a few properties, but one thing i dont have is other investor contacts in the area. I'd love for some advice or tips on maybe good areas to wholesale, up and coming areas for renting.. anything would be nice really.
