Default How can we go about changing real estate agents if possible?

My real estate agent works with the construction company that built our home. We are doing a rent to own deal. We have learned that our real estate agent is very undependable. She hardly answers her phone and if we leave a message she doesn't respond back. Is there a way we could change realtors?

If you are unhappy with your agents performance, first you can speak with them. Then if the problem is not resolved you can speak with your agent's broker. If all that does not work, it comes down to the contracts you have signed, the laws in your state.

If you think that your agent is not realiable, try to change her. I think you'll find some good specialists who will be able to help you. But of course try to find out what the matter is with your present agent.May be she has some problems.

    Hello,

Yes, it's possible, first of all that you can talk to him professionally and tell him that we don't want more transactions in future in business, if he is not agree with sentences then secondly contact with agent broker, if even he is not accepting then go with contract details and use law help which is very strong way to disconnect contract.

    Your post is confusing.

Your website shows you to be an agent who leads a 5 person real estate team and yet you do not understand that the agent who works for the builder is not your agent. If this is not you then how are you associated with them?

A bunch of your other posts are also contradictory. In some posts you ask for advice like a consumer and in others you give real estate advice like a real estate agent.

If you are not anymore satisfied for her service, you can look for another realtor to replace her.

Talk to him or her how is he doing, if your satisfied with his job or something's not good, give him a chance if its still possible. if not, look for other that can fulfill your job requirements.

    Hi,

Now a days the agents are not reliable at all.If your agent is not providing you the good service change immediately.
Try to make the contract with your agents of short time so that you can change them accordingly.

    Thanks.

One of the major reasons we want to appoint own real estate agent is that the seller most likely has an agent of their own and we have someone that is looking out for your top attention. A dual agency" which is when the same agent corresponds to both the purchaser and seller may previously have a strong relationship with the seller and may look out for their top importance, not yours.
