Default Need an investor to buy our home and rent it to us

    Hi all!

I'm new here but I have a question and an opportunity for all the investors out there!

Our house has just finished the "foreclosure sale" process and we have entered the 45 day redemption period.

I am 8 months pregnant and my husband and I would love very much to simply stay in our home.

The house values at $216,000 and the bank was willing, before the foreclosure, to accept $153,000 for a short sale. We can afford a rental payment of up to $1150 without a problem.

We are looking for an investor to purchase this foreclosed home, rent it to us on a long term lease, and then possibly sell it back to us for a higher rate in a few years when our credit will allow.

This is a win-win situation for anyone who's looking to invest and rent a home.

Please pass this on to anyone who may be interested as an investor!
The property is located at 42 MIlky Way Rd, Tijeras, NM 87059.

    Thanks!

Wow, this is actually a very good idea and it can be a win win. The best would be if you found someone you knew or a relative to buy it and basically take over the property for a few years until your situation was straightened out. Come back and let us know what you were able to do.
