    Given tips surely helpful for investor for deciding way of investment but here i would like to Add one more Tips Always try to buy property at Premium and Best Place if your budget is small than buy small property but always choose best place so you can easily sell property anytime and get good return.

    i appreciate your ideas about investing in property & real estate business. I think one should have a detail research on Property & real estate business first in their area than make a decision to invest.

    Good tips for real estate investment. Real estate investment is best for both short term or long term investment.
