    I don't think you are going to get very far. Of course the bank is going to want to know the source of your funds but the bigger problem you will face is that the bank will not allow you to assign the contract to somebody else. Check that out before you get in too deep.

    You can ask for a help of a real estate agent or a broker. You can search over the web too. There are bulk of reo available nowadays.

    Actually we should buy the REO property but we should have the proper knowledge of the REO property advantageous and disadvantageous. At what time we should buy the REO property that is the main important thing.
