    Default Property Management Software?

    Hello All - i am looking for some ideas on a good property management program ...one that has a good accouting component as well...please let me know your thoughts! Only a few properties at the moment (15 tenants) but need one that is easy and can handle up to 100

    Post buying for the investment purpose

    If you are buying for the investment purpose then you can surely buy a flats or condos and you will get good rewards after this recession period:-)

    I use buildium property management software. It's affordable and easy to use and it's web based. I believe it is $19.99 a month for up to 25 accounts. Check out their website for pricing.

    I don't use any software for it, but check it out the rentmanager for property management software.
