    Thumbs up Seeking Serious Investors

    Hi, we are new to the forum. The main reason we joined. Is because we have started a new Real Estate Equity Firm. (c)This is how it works, we do all of the work. We buy and sell all kinds of Real Estate. Via short sales, foreclosures, direct buys, auctions, advertising ect. We have short term capital of up to 500 million dollars available. Our minimum equity position goal is 70% of the value. So if a property is worth 100k the most we want to pay is 70k. Our company will coordinate all minor or major repairs/improvements. Our goal is to do no work.
    However if we can spruce up the property for low costs. Then that work is done, also our goal is to only pay 8 to 20 an hour for projects. We have several strategies to do quick flips. So we offer several investment tolerances. This is an opportunity, for most people to get in on this real estate band wagon now. This is probably, the only time in our lives. That we will be able buy properties at low prices, in volume. This is the way it works.
    1. Minimum investment is $ 5,000.00 - With no maximum
    2. All investments are held in a secure insured bank account. Until your funds are assigned for property purchase.
    3. Once your funds have been assigned. You get a copy of the title with your name on it. Along with all vested principles.
    4. Payout is 55% of the net profit. The Equity fund receives 45% of the net profit. These contracts are simply black & white terms.
    Example: The fund buys a house for 100k. We then sell it for 300k. 100k + 10k for improvements profit split is 190k. 55% evenly divided among investors depending on how much was invested. So if one person invested 20k they would get a check at closing for $ 46,125.00

    Put in title: New investor - Then put all of your contact info - Investment amount - Investing tolerance from 1 to 10 - 1 meaning fast cash to 10 meaning larger profit with a longer payout period. We will then send you the contract.
    6. Portfolio diversification ability! Example: Partner sends in $ 5,000,000.00. You can request that you only want 250k
    in property A. Then 20k in property B ect. Plus you can request certain regions and property values. Example: Partner requests I want 20K in an 80K purchase in California.
    We will do our very best to meet all requests when ever possible. These requests are not guaranteed, do to timing and revenue production. Our first and most important goal. To all of our partners, is to produce profits first and foremost.
    7. These are simple deals, please feel free to share this information. Especially if you invest, this will only help us all. By sharing this unique opportunity/technique.
