    Default Good real estate groups to join up with

    I am looking for several good commercial real estate industry groups to join up with. They can either be national or regional group (Dallas/Fort Worth) and involve any property type.

    My firm serves as the Borrower’s advocate to facilitates CMBS, HUD & Fannie Mae commercial real estate loan assumptions resulting in faster closings.

    We also help borrowers who are experiencing problems with their assets by offering solutions and serving as their advocate to negotiate an outcome that is mutually beneficial for all parties.
