For this reason, the Project has been granted with many priorities such as the priority on land taxation, enterprise income tax, investment procedures, etc.

Location and landscapes

The project is located in Cai Gia Gulf, Cat Ba island, Cat Hai dist, Haiphong city, Vietnam. It is one of the three biggest islands in Vietnam, 60km far from Haiphong city to the East, 150km from Hanoi.
Cat Ba is a truly marvelous island with very huge and mysterious natural landscapes and long-time cultural traditions. The project includes sea and forest resort complex with clean and pure environment. The average temperature is about 250C – 280C.
Cat Ba is the ideal place for developing tourism industry because of its potential beauty and attraction of the Sea and Forest ecologies, various kinds of sea foods as well as the approximate number of over 7,000 hospitable friendly people.
Total capital for the whole project is VND 9,790,051,463,812 (around USD600 million).
