    Default Florida Experts help please

I currently own some land in Punta Gorda, I am also in the need of some cash, where is a place to find a fair market value of the land?

I contacted a Century 21 agent, and he said a price that seemed low (maybe I had high wishes)

Thank you for your help in advance

I'm not sure about Florida but I know in Minnesota you can check with the city homepage to find the last assessed value.
