    Talking Dream Home in SF

Wow picking a topic for this was a bit challenging -- but assuming I win and becomes an investment.

My question has to do with the rising popularity of Dream Home Raffles. Most of what I see thats of value is on the west coast, specifically San Fran, San Diego and Marin County.

I generally shy away from risk ventures and my experience gambling is the local church bingo game. But my mother convinced my to buy into this raffle run by the Yerba Buena Art Center for a SF home in the sunset near golden gate park. (sfraffle)

Anyone else ever plunged into such high prize raffle? I mean the chance to win 1.8 million or a 2.4 property, what a wonderful day I would spend deciding that.

You should follow your mom, maybe you get lucky and win the prize, I always join raffles but to my dismay I still never got the chance to win something but still I'm hoping
