Where to invest in South Florida?

Hi,

Im a ny resident currently unemployed with 40K in savings

I want to buy and hold a property in South Florida for cash flow and
eventyally, move in myself when I will be tired of NY.

I looked at Tampa and Miami and it seems Tampa has a smaller job market but a but cheaper HOA for condos than Miami and Ft Lauderdale;

What is the best area to invest in South Florida for cash flow?

Of course a house will produce a better cash flow: does someone know where I can find a house under 40K in a safe area?

I would also be interested to hear opinions on South Florida properties, as I'm looking to buy a cheap vacation property there.

Good thinking investing in South Florida always gives good returns. Miami, Tampa bay and St.Petersburg area great to invest for good returns.

Florida is one of the leading states for job creation. Florida Real Estate refinance rates are way down right now. I just got 5% rate!The state has outperformed the rest of the country despite the housing problems.While Florida’s population growth also slowed, it is still nearly greater than all of the other Southeastern states put together.

All Knows Florida Most visiting place of US and most developed tourist place so here more chance to generate more money and jobs.

No doubt about this Miami, Tampa bay and St.Petersburg, Sarasota area for investment to good returns. Miami may be costly but other bay area and beach area like St Petersburg or Clearwater and lots of beachfront places in southflorida where you can do golden investment for future.
