    Shouldn't a licensed appraiser & a real estate agent assess the same value & why should the IRS dispute this?

    I agree that IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS.. That is really a scam... They will send you a mail with good offers.. And when you bite it.. your into the trap.. be careful on dealing with a good offer.. It is better to research after dealing with it.. Thanks for the great information...
