Great idea on Real estate. Investing on anything would help us to get some thing but the investment made on real estate really get a good income and the instant improvement in our business.

Although I do like your optimism, remember, it is still investing. Just like with any other type of investment, a deal can always go sour. Even though the RE market it more predicatble than the stock market, you still have to have a basic understanding of what to do and how to do it. In other words, always do your homework before tossing your money into something!
