Default What are alternative financing methods?

Just wondering if someone out there can list some of the more common methods of obtaining alternative financing(vs. a conventional loan).

Any additional info about how to find financing would be helpful!

Thanks very much for your time!!

Default Alternative Financing for Real Estate Investing

Hard money loans can be good for real estate investing, because they're fast and flexible. You might also talk to some small, neighborhood banks and credit unions, which take longer but are still flexible and much cheaper.
    Best of luck,

Other financing methods possibly would be, you would want to ask someone who is willing to invest to your business, acquire credit loan to a certain financing company or to the government, or you can use your personal savings if you have to finance your business.
