Of course it does. Look at a longer term 5 to 10 years. Flipping is out...for the time being...

If you know how to invest, you can make money in a down market or in an up market. The down market presents a lot of opportunities right now. But most investors are scared of jumping in. Most successful real estate investors are able to find the right properties to invest, even when the timing seems to be bad.
