    Default Get the license if...

    Get the license if you are doing enough deals to make it worth while. Keep in mind all the fees, dues, etc you will have to pay in order to maintain you license.

    Another factor to consider is are you hands on enough to know what you are doing or would you be better off paying someone that does real estate all day every day? Most of the time the person that pays a professional that lives and breathes real estate will save more than the commissions paid.
