    Default Information About Real Estate

Real estate is a legal term (in some jurisdictions, notably in the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia) that encompasses land along with anything permanently affixed to the land, such as buildings, specifically property that is fixed in location.Real estate is often considered synonymous with real property (also sometimes called realty), in contrast with personal property.

    Hello.. Guys !!!!

Land, houses, buildings. The term generally refers to immovable property, which can be contrasted with the personal property that goes into it, such as furniture.

    • Residential new homes and existing (resale) homes,
    • Commercial shopping centers and offices,
    • Industrial and manufacturing buildings and property,
    • Vacant land and farms.

I would say real estate is a set of "rights" to land and dwellings. There are many different set of rights with regards to this that it took me 3 weeks in real estate school to learn. You can even get a degree in real estate.
