    There are buyers. In the Greater Cincinnati area (population: 1.5 Million) alone, about 50-150 houses get sold EVERY SINGLE DAY!

    There is no real estate market. There are real estate markets. All of the markets are different and each real estate market is local. Some areas have not experienced the crash and some have been devastated.

    There is no pat answer to your question.

    Like Greg said here, alot depends on what region of the country you are in. Add to this it can even depend on what subdivision within a city you are talking about. The only way we can come close to answering your question is if you let us know the area you are looking at.

    I think all areas are pretty much affected.I have some friends in the Hamptons and even there the prices went down quite a bit.
