Default real estate business is booming now

Real estate investing has become very big business over the past few years with more and more developments springing up all over the world. If your thinking of taking the plunge and investing in property.
Investing in real estate, you want to get a bargain, get property that will cost you a bit of sweat equity. Properties that are in move in condition are usually more costly than those that need a little bit of work. If you buy properties, you can make some cosmetic changes to the properties and end up with a house that is worth more than what you paid for it.

First, RE investing has ALWAYS been a great strategy, some times some techniques work better than others, but in both sellers markets and buyers markets money is to be made.

Now, about needing to invest in properties needing "sweat-equity" that is true for some mindsets, but I have BEEN GIVEN houses that I put less than $1K into them, and that was because I wanted to update the carpeting, which was in good shape, but that is me. Anyway, other than that very small investment, it was ready to be rented, and was rented three days after I put the carpet in. It is yielding me $1.1K/month, so who said that houses need to be in bad shape to get a great deal?

It is all a matter of mindset.

    Hope that inspires some readers!

Well, if that is what you wish to look at, then that is what you will look at... Personally, even in the "downs" there is great opportunity, but you can lead a horse to water, and still you can't make it drink.

    Thanks for the note though.
