Bundled Bank Owned Properties

We are Direct Acquisitions, Inc., located in Tampa, Florida, and we have been assigned to liquidate bundled bank owned properties from several large American Banks. If you are interested in buying bundled properties at a highly discounted rate from the bank, we have lots of inventory, both residential and commercial. Until recently, pre-bundled packages started at 20M USD. However, because of our glut of inventory, we have been able to sell smaller packages at 10M. We also have more of a leeway to "cherry pick" through several bundled packages, enabling us to meet our clients needs better. Our larger bundled packages, which have been assembled at 100M USD, are highly discounted for quick sale, and properties can be purchased at pennies on the dollar. We have lots of properties available in sun belt states as well. A purchaser's proof of funds will be necessary before access will be granted to these properties.
