Should I buy this property?

I have the opportunity to buy a three unit building with a two car garage for $425k in philadelphia. The rental income from would be $3200 per month. Is this a good deal?

For the most part yes it is very convenient and the price is affordable enough for you, (based upon your income) aside from that try to check if the place needs renovation or changes...and then you can based if it is really good...

You have not supplied enough information.

What are the expenses?
What is the vacancy rate for the neighborhood?
What have similar properties sold for?

You have to put all of the pieces of the puzzle together before you can see the whole picture.
