Guidance for new licensees
I am a new entrant in the real estate trade. I have applied for a license for a real estate agent, which should be coming in any day. Before I actually start my work, I am seeking professional guidance. Are there any professional trainers in the real estate business who will teach me the nuances of the trade like, how to get leads, how to access a client base, how much can I earn as commissions, can I be a referral agent, or what are my options if I want to quit the trade some day, etc.

Real estate agent in MN
You are picking a great time to dive into the real estate agent business! Though inventory of homes, condos, and townhomes for sale on the MLS are at all time highs across the country, buyers are out in full force!
First of all, you have to pick a broker to work with! The broker should have lots of training for you as a new licensee. I also am partial to real estate teams. A great way to plug into lead flow yet learn while getting going!
I hope this helps!Minnesota MLS & Minneapolis MLS Search homes for sale in Minneapolis, St Paul at MN Multiple Listing Service. We specialize in buying and selling residential and investment properties. Start Minnesota MLS search for all Minneapolis real estate for sale in Twin Cities, MN
