Where do you want to be in 10 years?

I intend to own about 4 or more apartment complexes. The income they bring in will be over 150,000 a year in profit and I can sell any one and make a million or more. I will also work when I want and where I want. I will have multiple sources of income thus everything I desire will become reality with applied knowledge, dedication, creativity, and persistence.

I will have several businesses all which run themselves.

What real estate endeavor would you like to be doing in ten years from now?

Oh yea, I just built my first skyscraper.

10 yrs is long period of time, and no one could predict with precision what will happen next month, in today's situation. But if I let my mind loose I see myself as RE developer, constructing residential and commercial buildings in Belgrade, proxy in selling land in Serbia espacially around Belgrade. And if theoretically speaking I ever achieve that, and solidify my position in Serbia, maybe I would go even abroad, to develop and invest. All this is distant dream, until situation in world economy improves. But like I've said earlier, I am eternal optimist.

Yes indeed, I too think 10 yrs is a pretty long period of time as the way real estate markets are responding presently; it's a herculean task to predict the future of this sector! But, yes then hard-working attitude and dedication always pay you off.

By ten years, I wish the money and property battles will be over for me. I want to develop a few orphanages with an income source to support them. I won't probably need much money to support myself - I will leave some money to travel around the globe...observe and relax..thats all!!

By doing a few volunteer works, I know that this will bring me peace and happiness.

I intend to close on this real estate deal in 2 weeks. It will be great.

It is bringing in about 1800.00 in rental residual profit every month. Not bad for a couple months of work.
